St. Paul's, Walnut Creek

Based on a long time Episcopal Marriage Preparation Program (Engaged Encounter) a rewly revised program is now being offered. Called, Basiscs 4 marriage, and open to all newly married and engaged couples (no singles), this all day workshop addresses the most essential dimensions of marriage. The workshop addresses such topics as commitment, conflict management, communications, forgiveness and healing, continued nourishment of the relationship, and unity. The workshop is a very private experience where the couples are able, through supplied materials, to incorporate each concept into their particular and unique relationship. Individual counseling is not offered. The workshop is presented by three Episcopal couples including an ordained cleric. The workshop takes place on the campus of St Paul's Parish in Walnut Creek.
